A pair of my friends married each other in the shadow of a lovely old barn overlooking a sprawling field of ripening grapevines in Healdsburg, California last weekend.
And, as has become customary at the majority of weddings for which I'm in attendance, I burdened myself with the task of celebrating the happy couple's union the hardest.
